Everything you need to know before your window film installation appointment

What you need to do before we arrive

For Health and Safety reasons, please remove all personal belongings placed in front of the windows to be tinted. Clear access to windows must be given to Twilight Tint staff members.

Furniture, TV, blinds, ornaments, table, desk.... must be removed. Any item that is in the way or delay access to the windows to be tinted. Should there be a ceiling electric fan, please ensure it is disconnected or removed as water is used for the window film installation.

For residential and commercial window film installation a minimum of a 1 metre of clear and unobstructed access is required to the window to be tinted.

For conservatory roof the room must be empty to accommodate the safety equipment .

Deposit

The first stage payment is non-refundable. 5 working days’ notice is required for rescheduling appointment otherwise, deposit will not be transferred for new appointment and will be lost.

Disclaimer

A surcharge of £35 per half hour will apply if conditions mentioned above are to be carried out by Twilight Tint staff members.

Twilight Tint will not be held responsible should any breakage occur while carrying out the above mentioned.
